I just couldn't believe that when you need a lace that is neither black or white you can't buy what you need over the counter from high street shoe shops nor the key cutting/cobblers you see in most towns. Found Big Laces on-line and found the prices were below what I would have paid in high street stores and didn't have to pay carriage for the amount of laces I purchased. Made I mistake with the delivery address putting our holiday home address instead of of our home address. Emailed Big Laces and explained and received a prompt and courteous email from Dave saying matter would be corrected. Order received promptly and as far as I can tell, in my unqualified opinion, the laces are probably better quality than what can be purchased on the high street. Will use Big Laces again.
