I made an error ordering previously, contacted Big Laces, and got a reply within minutes from a gentleman - Dave Clayton, he sent me a link for the correct laces and the order arrived within 2 days by first calss mail. He also asked me to send back the incorrect laces and credited the refund. Thanks.
