I have arthritis in my thumb joints and I often find it difficult to tie shoe laces. As a result I usually have to buy new shoe laces whenever I buy a pair of shoes as I need laces which are a bit longer and which have a surface that I can grip. These laces fit the bill exactly. They have just enough length and are very easy to grip and tie because they have a flat surface and don’t slide through my fingers. I’m glad I found them and will be buying more. I had no idea that they were sports laces.
