Our Flat Brown 8mm wide shoelaces are the ideal replacement for the sort of standard flat laces that are supplied with most sports shoes and trainers. You'll see from the close-up picture of the tip that the tight weave gives a quality finish but, equally as important, it provides strength and protection against snagging. It's just a shame that they are only available in single colours rather than pretty patterns. These laces are very popular with wearers of Converse Hi-Tops and Lo-Tops.

I was looking for 6mm laces so obviously I was a bit skeptical whether these 8mm laces would work and yes they did. Laces seem to be strong and reliable, order was delivered in a few days to scandinavia, got nothing to complain.

Had been trying for ages to find a good pair of brown laces. At last I found them here, and they are excellent.
The laces arrived promptly and are exactly as described. Good service from an interesting website - I shall buy here again. Big Laces is to be highly recommended.

There's a reason I keep coming back to Big Laces. Product as described, accurate colour description and quick dispatch.
I use these laces in my Converse Hi-Tops, if you're doing the same you're going to want the 160cm (63in) pair. The 8mm version is a little thinner than Converse own brand but I prefer the look (I would say the standard are 10mm)
