Q: What length do I need?

A: If you don't have any existing laces to measure then by far the best method is to get string or something similar to lace the footwear and then measure that.

You could also drop by the website of Professor Shoelace, Ian Fieggen at where there are calculators for length depending on the style of lacing.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 14 days as long as the product has not been used and is returned in the original packaging. If you wish to return an unwanted item please ensure you affix the correct postage as in the event of an orderbeing returned with insufficient postage we will deduct the cost of recovering the goods from any refund. If you want an exchange please include a LARGE LETTER stamped addressed envelope and details of the item you require instead.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: In the UK ,if payment is received before 5pm we will dispatch next day by First Class Post. We cannot guarantee delivery times but usually they arrive within 1-5 working days. If it gets to a week and they still haven't arrived please contact us. International delivery times vary but it can take up to 20 days where customs clearance is required.

Q: I can't find the answer to my question here, what should I do?
