Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days as long as the product has not been used and is returned in the original packaging. To return an item simply scrub out your address on the envelope you received it in and write RETURN TO SENDER on the front, then post it back. If you want an exchange please include a large letter stamped addressed envelope and details of the item you require instead. Items should be returned to:

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: If payment is received before 5pm we will dispatch next day by First Class Post. We cannot guarantee delivery times but usually they arrive within 1-5 working days. If it gets to a week and they still haven't arrived please contact us.
Q: I can't find the answer to my question here, what should I do?
A: E-mail us at: help@biglaces.co.uk and we guarantee to answer your query by 8pm the same day (Monday to Friday). Or you can call us on 0191 645 3331.
Q: You've sent me the wrong item, what should I do?
A: Please e-mail us to point out our mistake and then follow the instructions for returning items as shown at the top of this FAQ page or in your dispatch e-mail. We will mail the correct item as soon as the first is received.
Q: I don't like the colour of the item I have received. What should I do?
A: We appreciate that PC monitors don't always show colours in the same way, so if you are unhappy please contact us at help@biglaces.co.uk.
